Refund policy

Returns

Because every shelf is custom-built to your length and options, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or defective on arrival

If your shelf arrives damaged, or anything about it is not right, contact us within 14 days at douglas@vmxconstruction.com with photos. We will repair or replace the shelf — making it right is on us.

Cancellations

You may cancel for a full refund any time before production begins. Once we have started building your shelf, the order cannot be cancelled.
