Shipping policy

Made to order

Every Oak & Glow shelf is built to order in our Texas shop, to the length and options you choose. Nothing is pulled from finished stock. Current production time is 3–4 weeks from order to shipment. We will email you when your shelf goes into production and again when it ships, with tracking.

Shipping charges

Shipping is charged separately from the shelf price. Because every shelf is a different length and weight, we quote shipping per order by weight and destination, and contact you with the exact charge before your shelf leaves the shop. Longer shelves may ship by freight.

When your shelf arrives

Every shelf is packed to protect the finish and the light channel. Please inspect your shelf on arrival and note any visible package damage with the carrier before signing.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout. Your order enters the production queue once payment clears.
